HUGIN, ROONEY, SERRA TOUR TILCON

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ — U.S. Senate Candidate Bob Hugin visited Tilcon in Pompton Lakes to continue his statewide tour of businesses and communities throughout the Garden State on Monday. Hugin held a roundtable with employees of Tilcon, Assemblyman Kevin Rooney, and Pompton Lakes Mayor Michael Serra to discuss the business and their impact in communities throughout the state.

“I firmly believe that reliable jobs in the economy is the issue that drives our voices in Washington,” said Hugin. “Washington must never forget where their representation comes from. It’s folks like Mayor Serra and the people of Pompton Lakes that enshrine the American spirit of hardwork and perseverance. Every legislator representing New Jersey should stand up for our job creators by advocating for a regulatory and tax climate that allows those with great work ethic to succeed.”

“Understanding and solving New Jersey issues is a clear passion of mine and Bob Hugin’s. We need more voices in Washington that understand Tilcon employs and invests in our community’s future. Employers and employees need to be retained to grow a stronger New Jersey and I believe we can do just that with Bob Hugin as a U.S. Senator,” said Assemblyman Kevin Rooney.

Since his campaign launched in February, Hugin has made multiple visits to all 21 counties and will continue to travel the state as he listens to New Jersey voters on what issues matter most to them.
