Waterfront Revitalization on the Hackensack River Breaks New Ground with Launch of The River Club in Bogota, NJ, Bergen County

WHAT:           Groundbreaking ceremony for The River Club, set on more than 13 acres on the eastern bank of the Hackensack River opposite the city of Hackensack, located in the Borough of Bogota, in Bergen County, NJ. The River Club is a joint venture of PCD Capital, LLC of Montville, NJ, and Saber Real Estate Advisors, LLC of Armonk, NY

 

 

WHY:        A project years in the making, the start of construction at The River Club signals continued revitalization on the Hackensack River in Bogota. The development will include 421-luxury rental homes, including 42 affordable units, a public riverfront walkway, clubhouse, and more – creating a walkable community supporting the local tax base, adding affordable housing, and restoring access to the waterfront.
