Somersers Point  Councilman James Toto just dropped out the CD2 race and backed Hirsh Singh.

“He has the resources and we need to unite behind him,” Toto (pictured above, far left, with Singh, center and Cumberland GOP Chairman Mike Testa, Jr.) told the crowd here at the Atlantic City Country Club.
