As part of this exciting transition, Laura Gunn has been promoted to senior vice president. Laura’s new position recognizes her leadership, policy expertise, and steadfast dedication to the firm’s clients and mission.

“Adam has been a driving force within Katz Government Affairs since he joined the firm in 2018,” said Carol Katz. “His leadership, integrity, and deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape make him the ideal person to guide the firm’s next chapter. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together, and I look forward to continuing to serve our clients alongside Adam and Laura in my new role.”

“This is an exciting new chapter for Katz Government Affairs. I am honored to take on this role and build on the strong foundation Carol has established,” said Adam Guziejewski. “Carol started this firm in 2003 from scratch and has made it one of Trenton’s most respected and established lobbying firms. Her vision, values and mentorship have shaped Katz Government Affairs’ culture and impact. I am equally excited to work closely with Laura in her new capacity as senior vice president— her professionalism, creativity and commitment to our clients are second to none.”

Guziejewski is a trusted leader of the firm, with a history of success across a wide range of policy issues. His elevation to president represents a natural and strategic progression that ensures continuity and strength for years to come.
