Governor Murphy Ends State of Emergency Following Coastal Storm

 

TRENTON – Governor Murphy today lifted the State of Emergency declared through Executive Order No. 399 on Friday, October 10, 2025 due to the impacts of a coastal storm, including high winds, coastal flooding, high surf, flash flooding, and coastal erosion.

With the signing of Executive Order No. 400, the State of Emergency will be terminated effective today, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
