MIDDLESEX COUNTY DEMOCRATS CELEBRATE SWEEPING VICTORIES AS VOTERS CHOOSE STEADY, PROVEN LEADERSHIP
EDISON, NJ — In a decisive show of support for progress and responsible leadership, voters across Middlesex County supported the right leaders for the future of New Jersey families. With Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill winning statewide by 16% and carrying Middlesex County by 24 points, tonight’s results reaffirm that voters want steady hands and results-driven leadership guiding the state forward.
“Tonight’s results are a tremendous victory for the people of Middlesex County and for the entire state of New Jersey. Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill’s win, combined with the victories of our Middlesex County Democratic candidates, reflects voters’ confidence in leadership that delivers real results,” said Middlesex County Chairman Kevin P. McCabe. “Our team worked tirelessly to earn the trust of our communities, and we’re ready to keep building on that progress — strengthening our economy, supporting working families, and making New Jersey more affordable for everyone.”
The entire Middlesex County Democratic Team — Sheriff Mildred S. Scott, County Clerk Nancy Pinkin, and County Commissioners Charles Kenny, Clary Azcona Barber, and Chanelle Scott McCullum secured re-election, continuing the County’s legacy of strong, fiscally responsible governance.
