TRENTON – Shortly after the vote for the 15th District vacancy, activist Algernon Ward surfaced as a North Ward challenger to incumbent North Ward Councilwoman Marge Caldwell-Wilson.

Running on the “experience” tag, Scots immigrant turned Jersey diehard Caldwell-Wilson aims to secure a third term as the elected representative of the Mill Hill section of New Jersey’s capital city.

Today, in Settimo Cielo, she had a message for Governor Phil Murphy: restore $53 million in capital city funding denied by Murphy predecessor Governor Chris Christie, and send administrative staff to eat and play in Trenton.
