“For too long, New Jerseyans have been let down, betrayed, and sold-out by the same old politicians,” said Marc Chaaban. “We deserve better than corrupt deals, machine politics, and do-nothing Democrats who claim to be standing up to MAGA while raking in millions in MAGA donor money. We deserve leaders who will say no more corporate money in politics, no more members of Congress trading stocks, and no more capitulating to Donald Trump.

“Everyday New Jerseyans can no longer afford to live here: grocery prices are out-of-control, housing and utility costs keep climbing, and health insurance costs are exploding. All the while, Donald Trump is giving tax cuts to the ultra-rich while kicking tens of millions off their insurance and sending prices skyrocketing with his tariffs. Our families can’t afford until November 2026 for Democrats to fight back: the time to fight is now.”

Chabban said he has been fighting extreme Republicans his entire career: From knocking doors in Morris County to multiple positions as a Congressional staffer, to now as an independent content creator. He began on Capitol Hill as an intern for then-Rep. Mikie Sherrill before becoming an aide to then-Rep. Ruben Gallego, and later Press Secretary of the House Budget Committee. After the 2024 election, he left politics behind to start his own social media platform speaking directly to young people about the issues they face. His YouTube show, marc insco, has more than 100,000 subscribers and reaches millions every month by speaking directly to Gen Z Americans about politics, culture, and life in the social media age.

Chabban is a son of Lebanese immigrants, born and raised in Montville. He graduated from Montville Township High School and holds a B.A. from the George Washington University. He resides in Morris County with his cat, Corky.
