Codey Wins Four Seats in Roseland
Battling Essex County Executive Joe DiVincenzo, Senator Dick Codey (D-27) won four seats in a local Democratic Party Committee fight in his home town of Roseland.
The balance of power remains in the hands of Team Divincenzo: 8-4.
