(UNION, N.J.) – Senator Joseph Cryan (D-Union), Chairman of the Senate Military Veterans’ Affairs Committee, has named Christian Duffy to the Chief of Staff position. Duffy will oversee legislative affairs and constituent services for the residents of the 20th Legislative District.

Prior to joining Senator Cryan, Duffy served as Chief of Staff to fellow District 20 legislator Assemblywoman Annette Quijano.

“I am excited to have Christian Duffy join my office as my Chief of Staff,” said Senator Cryan. “With a decade of experience under his belt, including more than a year already in the 20th Legislative District, Christian has the understanding and skillset necessary to help us deliver results for the people of Union, Elizabeth, Roselle, and Kenilworth.”

“I’m honored to serve as Chief of Staff to Senator Cryan after valuable time with Assemblywoman Quijano,” said Duffy. “I’ve seen firsthand how the Senator is committed to fighting for the residents of the 20th District and I’m looking forward to learning from him.”

Duffy replaces outgoing Chief of Staff Garrison Keck, who is departing to attend the United States Marine Corps’ Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia.
