Running for a state senate seat in LD20, Union County Sheriff Joe Cryan raised $135,000 yesterday at the Suburban Golf Club in Union.

Attended by 250 Cryan friends, the event featured the participation of 136 golfers.

Among those glimpsed on or near the green: Assemblyman Craig Coughlin (D-19), Elizabeth Mayor Chris Bollwage, and Middlesex County Democratic Committee Chairman Kevin McCabe.
