Dem Insiders Hope to Engage Newarkers in the Political Process
Gerry and Missy Balmir, East Orange Councilman Chris James, former U.S. Rep. Donald Payne District Director Sarah Jones, Mo Butler of Mercury and Samantha Gordon hosted an event this past Sunday in Newark to engage people in the political process.
The event was the second of its kind hosted by this group, and specifically focused on minorities.
The first event honored New Jersey’s African American Congressional Delegation at the CBC in D.C.
