A Dog Shows up At the IBEW Hall in Bergen

PARAMUS – They opened the voting here a little after five p.m. and they will keep it open until 8 p.m.

Jewish holiday.

So there’s a big hall and boxes on tables with pieces of paper inside recording the votes of the Bergen County Democratic Committee.

A dog showed up.

“That’s the first time I’ve ever seen a dog in here,” observed Adam Silverstein.

The owner of the dog immediately went and huddled with Saddle Brook Police Chief Robert Kugler, who’s expected to lose tonight to former Englewood Police Det. Sgt. Anthony Cureton.

“Is that dog a Kugler backer?” InsiderNJ wanted to know.

The owner nodded in the affirmative.
