The Senate Judiciary Committee this afternoon passed the Division of Motor Vehicle Commissioner nomination of Sue Fulton of Asbury Park.

All the senators voted aye except for Senator Mike Doherty (R-23).

“She was unqualified to serve in the position to which she was nominated,” Doherty told InsiderNJ.
