EWING – Having lost the first ballot vote for the LD15 Assembly seat, West Windsor Councilwoman Ayesha Hamilton threw her support to Trenton Councilwoman Verlina Reynolds Jackson.

“She’s my girl,” Hamilton told InsiderNJ, wrapping an arm around Reynolds Jackson, who went on to compete in a second ballot vote with Mercer County Freeholder Anthony Verrelli.

The councilwoman releaed her 16 supporters to back her fellow councilwoman.
