An Atlantic City man who recently ran for City Council is now jailed after allegedly threatening a woman with a knife while she was holding her infant child, according to Breaking AC.

Aaron Carrington, 39, was in the woman’s home Tuesday, when he became agitated, got a knife from the kitchen and threatened to kill her, Lt. Kevin Fair said.

She was able to flee to a family member’s home on Reading Avenue, where police responded at 11:09 p.m., according to the report.
