Montvale Mayor and Republican candidate for Congress Mike Ghassali has named Rich Castaldo his Campaign Manager. Castaldo is the co-founder of Olympus Strategies, a full-service campaign consulting firm specializing in integrating digital approaches to traditional aspects of political campaigns. In this year’s primary election, Olympus strategies helped several clients to victory in tight races against more established opponents.

Castaldo is a digital marketing and communications specialist, who has worked with an extensive list of clients’ including both candidates for public office and business interests. Castaldo was nominated as a Freeholder candidate in 2018, served on the MCRO executive board, and ran numerous successful campaigns across New Jersey.
