FRANKLIN TWP. - Through the rain this morning and into the afternoon, Dr. Adam Hamawy mobilized volunteer door knockers at the Gazebo, sending animated volunteers in ponchos into the neighborhood environs to make the case for their 12th District champion.

"Alright, we've got 11 days to go," said the candidate. "Eleven days till Election Day, and the polls show us in the lead, the media keeps saying that we're the frontrunners, and we basically have made history because the last four months - because of all of your hard work - we have gone from no one knowing anything about this campaign to the whole world looking at this and saying, 'It's time for a change.'"

Hamawy's progressive coalition huddled up here today included environmentalists, a diehard senior door pounder who counseled the group and how to best make a connection on the doors, and young Jewish voters who denounced genocide in Gaza.
