Maplewood Deputy Mayor Dean Dafis endorsed CD10 Democratic primary challenger Imani Oakley, according to an email blast from Oakley’s campaign.

Oakley, who is challenging incumbent Democratic Rep. Payne in next year’s primary, touted Dafis’ support as the campaign’s ‘first endorsement from an elected official in New Jersey’.
