Johnson for Governor Hires Jocelyn Steinberg as New Campaign Manager

New Jersey Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jim Johnson announced today that his campaign has hired Jocelyn Steinberg as Campaign Manager.

“With her record of winning tough races, Jocelyn is the perfect choice to lead this campaign. I am honored to welcome her to the team and am confident in her ability to carry us to victory in June, and again in November.” Jim Johnson said. “After seven years of failed leadership in Trenton, Jocelyn understands how much is at stake in this election for New Jersey families. Together, we are going to fight hard for the support every voter and bring real change to New Jersey.”

Jocelyn Steinberg has a decade of national campaign experience. In 2016, she managed Joe Torsella’s successful campaign for State Treasurer in Pennsylvania. Under Steinberg’s leadership, now Treasurer Torsella won more counties than any other Democratic candidate and by the largest margin statewide. Prior to her work in Pennsylvania, Steinberg  was Senior Advisor for Governor Terry McAuliffe’s Political Action Committee, Commonwealth Virginia, and managed a statewide race in Nevada.

Along with Steinberg, Johnson’s leadership team has won other historic victories, including the races of President Barack Obama, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, and New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio, among others. Read about Johnson’s entire leadership team here.
