Kevin McCabe to Join River Crossing Strategy Group as Partner; Will Lead New Public Affairs Division

(TRENTON, NJ): River Crossing Strategy Group is excited and honored to welcome Kevin P. McCabe to the River Crossing team, who joins the firm as partner and will lead a new public affairs division.

Kevin is former Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. He most recently has served as the President of the Carpenters Contractor Trust where he led a multi-year and multi-faceted marketing and rebranding effort to position the Carpenters to attract new members and respond to the modern workforce and economy.  Kevin also serves on the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and as the Chairman of the Middlesex County Democratic Organization. Kevin’s management, leadership and political experience in a variety of fields and positions will provide unique insights to the firm’s clients.

River Crossing Strategy Group is one of Trenton’s leading full-service government affairs firms.  As a partner, McCabe will lead the firm’s new Public Affairs Division.  The presence of McCabe will enable us to more formally build out our capabilities in grassroots and coalition building, crisis communications, and branding and marketing.

In addition to Kevin, River Crossing is thrilled that Yasmin Brissac will also join the firm. Yasmin is a 2017 Rutgers University graduate, who has held several positions and responsibilities over the past few years within the Middlesex County Democratic Organization.  Yasmin will work with our team in all aspects of the business from lobbying to public affairs.

Kevin and Yasmin will officially join the firm in mid-April.
