Kim Lands Endorsement From Giffords PAC in His Bid for U.S. Senate
Today, Congressman Andy Kim announced the endorsement from Giffords PAC, a national gun violence prevention organization founded by former Congresswoman, gun violence survivor, and activist Gabby Giffords. Giffords PAC works to elect candidates to office across all levels of government on both sides of the aisle who will enact the gun laws America badly needs, and works to defeat candidates bought and paid for by the NRA. Congressman Kim was previously endorsed by Giffords PAC in his 2018, 2020 and 2022 congressional races.

As a member of the House Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, Congressman Andy Kim has been a leader in enacting meaningful legislation. In Congress, Andy co-sponsored and voted to pass into law the Bipartisan Background Checks Act, a landmark bill that represented the biggest advancement in gun violence prevention in more than a decade. The law includes enhanced background checks, protections for victims of domestic violence, and hundreds of millions of dollars for states like New Jersey for mental health services. Kim has also co-sponsored and worked to pass in the House the Enhanced Background Checks Act, which would close critical loopholes and improve background checks to keep guns out of the wrong hands, and has also co-sponsored the Assault Weapons Ban.
Congressman Andy Kim is a three-term Member of Congress first elected in 2018 and is the first Asian American elected to federal office from New Jersey. In 2018 and 2020, Andy defeated two self-funding millionaires in a district carried by former President Trump, and in 2022 Kim defeated his third self-funding millionaire opponent by 12 points.

Giffords PAC is an anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment organization that Kim should not be taking endorsements from since he took a Constitutional Oath of Office to Uphold, Support & Defend the U.S. Constitution–including the Second Amendment.
Giffords PAC uses nice, “flowery” words to promote gun control and gun confiscation, such as “seeking common sense solutions to gun control”. The buzz words of “common sense” and “reasonable” gun control is what Communist dictators like Vladimir Lenin and Josef Stalin used to disarm the Russian people and then proceeded to murder over 50 MILLION innocent Russians who opposed the Communist tyranny. Same goes for the Chinese Communist Party. Only they murdered over 100 MILLION (and counting) innocent Chinese who opposed the Communist regime. The Nazis murdered 15 MILLION. Imperial Japan (1931-1945) murdered over 12 MILLION. Communist North Korea Murdered over 5 MILLION (and counting)..
Giffords PAC is an elitist PAC that doesn’t want to fix the true problem–violent crime. They want to take away everyone’s firearms and leave us at the mercy of the violent criminals, including the violent government criminals such as the FBI, ATF (who just murdered an innocent FFL dealer when they broke into his house in the dead of night and he shot them when they wouldn’t answer who they were, and they shot him in the head). As we see more and more crime being committed, as well as by complicit government criminal actors, the government is trying to disarm 150 MILLION Americans who own over 600 MILLION firearms.
Senate candidate Kim needs to avoid such anti-Second Amendment PACS such as Giffords PAC and Moms Demand Action. These are anti-Constitutional organizations that support Communist government types.
