Labor Leader: All Your Ex's DON'T Live in Texas

BLOOMFIELD - All your ex's don't live in Texas, or so suggested April Verrett, president of the Service International Union (SEIU).
Notwithstanding the twangy George Strait classic, some of them may live in New Jersey.
Democrats are hoping a lot of them live here - and they'll still answer their phones.
"You've got to call your ex's and remind them to vote," Verrett told the crowd of purple-shirted door knockers and GOTV diehards at the downtown headquarters of Sherrill-Central.
"You're not just going out there and knocking on doors. You're not just voting. You're going out there and you're calling people - you're calling your ex's."
A Chicago native, labor leader Verrett is SEIU's first Black woman president in the union's over 100-year history.
