Essex Freeholder Britnee Timberlake tonight secured the support of the Essex County Democratic Committee to succeed LG Sheila Oliver in LD34.

The vote was unanimous. Timberlake earlier this month received the full support of the Clifton Democrats, the lone Passaic County municipality in LD34.

Timberlake will ascend to the Assembly alongside veteran Assemblyman Tom Giblin and Senator Nia Gill.
