Lyon Ends His Morris Freeholder Bid

In a Facebook post this evening, former Morris Freeholder Hank Lyon ended his 2018 Freeholder bid.

He wished the remaining candidates well.

This from Lyon less than an hour ago:

“Friends: It has been one wild week. Unfortunately, today I decided to withdraw my candidacy for Morris County Freeholder. Instead, I will focus my attention on other endeavors. I wish the remaining candidates well.”

Lyon was running on a ticket with incumbent Freeholder Deb Smith and former Freeholder John Krickus.

The team was running separate from incumbent Freeholder John Cesaro.

They still are, a source told InsiderNJ.com but now not with Lyon.
