NEWARK - Arrested a year ago for trying to gain information about people detained in the massive, 1,000-bed facility located on the east side of his city, Mayor Ras Baraka this morning applauded the efforts of Governor Mikie Sherrill to gain access to the Delaney Hall.

Baraka also wants answers.
