Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty, age 60,  survived a heart attack last night. He is resting comfortably at Morristown Hospital where he’ll be for a few days.

Dougherty checked himself in after suffering chest pains.

“If you pay attention, your body let’s you know there’s something wrong,” he said.

Doctors credited that attitude for saving his life.
