Governor Phil Murphy last night formally entered the LD17 fray with a robocall in support of Assemblyman Joe Egan and Assemblyman Joe Danielsen, a pair of incumbent Democrats.
Opposed by anti-establishment candidate Ron Rivers, Egan and Danielsen received the support against the backdrop of a budget fight that pits Murphy against the legislative leaders of his own party.
