Ocean County Reports Over 1,100 COVID-19 Cases Total as of Tuesday; Lakewood Tops 400 Cases
The Ocean County Health Department (OCHD) reports a total of 1,108 confirmed cases being reported as of 2:00pm Tuesday, March 31, 2020 between the Ocean County and Long Beach Island Health Departments.
The statewide COVID-19 case count climbed by 2,196 on Tuesday, March 31st, for a total of 18,696 cases; 69 New Jerseyans died since Monday, bringing the fatality count to 267 as of Tuesday.
Lakewood has the highest case count of any town in the county, with 438 cases.
