On the Other Side of the County Line, Barlas Celebrates Corrado’s Win
Essex County GOP Chairman Al Barlas tonight toasted the team he backed in LD40: Kristin Corrado, Kevin Rooney and Chris DePhillips, who defeated the veteran squad headed by Bergen County GOP Chairman Paul DiGaetano to get the Passaic GOP line.
“Kristin has run off the line before and won,” he said, then added, “Paul DiGaetano is no Kristin Corrado.
“This vote shows that the flux capacitor in the Delorean didn’t work and Paul, Norm and Bubba couldn’t travel back in time – and John Traier is no Doc Brown,” Barlas added.
