EAST BRUNSWICK- Dale Caldwell just made his way through supporters at the local Hilton hotel.

With periodic cheering in the background as results came in, Caldwell said, “looking good.”

Then, as he talked to people on the food line, he said, “a lot of hard work.”

It’s early but the crowd already is in a celebratory mood.
