PATERSON – Jesus Castro, the ally of former Mayor Jose “Joey’ Torres, said the man in the infamous grainy black and white picture allegedly shoving a flier in a mail box to create hate – isn’t him, and blamed the allies of Andre Sayegh for slandering him.
