CD4 hopeful Josh Welle (pictured above with his wife and Booker) was spied in attendance at the packed progressive Dems’ event, as was CD7 hopeful Tom Malinowski, where Booker presented an award to Essex Freeholder Brendan Gill, who ran Governor Phil Murphy’s successful statewide campaign last year.
