8th Annual New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum to Draw Hundreds to Caesars Atlantic City, Sept. 28–29
The 8th Annual New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum, powered by NJBIA, comes to Atlantic City on Sept. 28-29 when hundreds of women and men will gather at the state’s largest professional women’s conference to be inspired and empowered to advance their careers and increase diversity in corporate leadership.

The two-day event at Caesars Atlantic City features inspiring executive TED-style talks with leading executives, dynamic breakout sessions to help attendees succeed professionally, extensive networking opportunities, and one-on-one coaching sessions. Résumé building, LinkedIn profile makeovers and a photographer providing professional headshots will be available to interested attendees as well.

“Few people are born leaders; we need role models and mentors whose effective communication, negotiation and leadership skills show us the way to raise our professional profile and make important career connections,” said NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka said. “The NJBIA Women Business Leaders Forum offers opportunities to network with and learn from the very best.”

The Sept. 28 TED-style talk will feature two prominent New Jersey women: Jaynee LaVecchia, a retired New Jersey Supreme Court justice who served on the state’s highest court for over 21 years and is now a partner at McCarter & English; and self-made entrepreneur Marjorie Perry, the CEO of MZM Construction & Management Co. who speaks to women at professional conferences throughout the U.S. on how to successfully navigate shark-filled waters in the world of business.

On Sept. 29, the TED-style talk will feature professional insights from Brenda Ross-Dulan, founder and managing principal of The Ross-Dulan Group; Mollie Marcoux Samaan, commissioner of the Ladies Professional Golf Association; Carol Stillwell, president & CEO of Stillwell-Hansen, and Nikki Sumpter, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Atlantic Health System.
