Assembly Candidates Vincent Panico and Joseph Lukac III Unanimously Win Hunterdon County Republican Committee Endorsement

FLEMINGTON, NJ – At the Hunterdon County Republican Committee’s screening meeting on February 24, 2021, the members unanimously chose Vincent Panico and Joseph Lukac III as the nominees for Assembly in the 16th Legislative District of New Jersey.

Readington Township resident Vincent Panico is currently the Board of Education President at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. “I’m honored to be unanimously selected by my home County of Hunterdon and the members of the Hunterdon County Republican Committee as their candidate for Assembly along with Joe Lukac,” said Vincent Panico. “Trenton needs leadership who put New Jersey first. Leaders who know and understand our teachers, students, small businesses, infrastructure, and environment.”

Manville Councilman Joseph Lukac III is a 27-year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 102, and a 12-year U.S. Army veteran. “I’d like to thank the Hunterdon County Republican Organization for selecting Vincent Panico and myself as Candidates for State Assembly in District 16,” said Joe Lukac, “Coming from the working class, I know how much the current administration’s tax and spend policies hurt our communities and businesses. It’s time we started electing candidates who have the perspective needed to fight for the economic welfare of all New Jersey residents.”

“We have an incredibly talented and balanced ticket with Vinny Panico and Joe Lukac for Assembly,” said Hunterdon County Republican Chairman Gabe Plumer. “I am certain they will go on to win in November and I know they will stand up for the residents of Hunterdon County and New Jersey.”

New Jersey’s Primary election is on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 and the General election is on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
