Assembly to Hold Voting Session Focusing on COVID-19 Relief Legislation

Legislation to Modify State Fiscal Year, Clarify Tax Deadline Also to be Considered

 

(TRENTON) – The General Assembly will convene at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 13, for a voting session.

Among the legislation to be considered is A-3918, which would modify the duration of fiscal years 2020 and 2021, and clarify filing and payment deadlines for CBT and GIT taxpayers.
