Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker Strongly Supports Wainer Apter for N.J Supreme Court Pick

Kingston, NJ — Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker enthusiastically endorsed Governor Murphy’s nomination of Rachel Wainer Apter to the N.J. Supreme Court, joining fellow members of the legislature in their bipartisan support for her to serve on New Jersey’s highest court.

“At every level of our justice system, we must ensure that we have the hardest working, most diligent, and fair public servants upholding the law of our State,” said Asm. Andrew Zwicker. “I enthusiastically support Governor Murphy’s nomination of Rachel Wainer Apter to the State’s highest court. Her time fighting on behalf of our communities as the Law Director for the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, her strong advocacy with the ACLU and her tutelage from US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg makes her the perfect choice. I have no doubt that she will continue to work to uphold the law and to protect each of our rights at the highest level.”
