Balles, Bertino & Kern Announce Reelection Campaign Will Run On Their Atlantic County Strong Plan

ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — Today, County Commissioners Frank X. Balles, Jim Bertino and Maureen Kern announce their reelection campaign for Atlantic County Commissioner — their reelection team will be joined by Hammonton Councilman Joe Giralo who has previously announced his campaign for County Clerk.
