Better Choices for New Jersey Coalition Gathers in Trenton to Call for a Millionaires Tax

 

 

Trenton– Advocates from the Better Choices for New Jersey coalition will hold a press conference before the Assembly budget hearings in Trenton urging legislators to support a strong millionaire’s tax. Advocates and activists will lay out why New Jersey needs a millionaires tax to make smart investments, meet its needs and obligations, and to bring basic tax fairness to one of the most unequal states in the country.

 

The press conference is organized by Better Choices for New Jersey Coalition, a statewide campaign to promote smarter budget choices that benefit New Jersey’s middle and working classes.
