Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey to Celebrate 50 Years of Impact with High-Energy Anniversary Gala at Bell Works

HOLMDEL, NJ – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey (BBBSCNNJ) is proud to celebrate 50 years of creating and supporting the life-changing, one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

To honor this major milestone, the organization will host its 50th Anniversary Celebration on Friday, June 5, 2026, at Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey.

This celebration marks a historic journey that began in Monmouth County in 1976 and has since expanded to empower youth across 10 New Jersey counties. The event will bring together supporters, volunteers, alumni, community leaders, and partners to celebrate five decades of community impact and look ahead to the future of mentorship throughout the region.

  • WHAT: The 50th Anniversary Celebration, a lively evening featuring a performance by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School drumline (Asbury Park), live music by The Sensational Soul Cruisers, casino games, auctions, and a special 50/50 raffle. The event honors the community partners and supporters who have sustained BBBSCNNJ's vital mission. Full event details here.
  • WHEN: Friday, June 5, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • WHERE: Bell Works, 101 Crawfords Corner Rd, Holmdel, NJ 07733
  • WHO: Alumni Bigs & Littles, community and corporate leaders, and partners in youth development. Current matches will also be on-site to warmly greet attendees as the evening begins.
  • WHY: Proceeds from the evening will directly fund and support new, life-changing mentoring friendships. For 50 years, BBBSCNNJ has nurtured confidence and built brighter futures, this anniversary is both a celebration of past success and a critical call-to-action to ensure no child in the community grows up without a mentor in their corner.
