Bill Pascrell III Joins Gamban’s Advisory Board

With a prominent career in state and federal public affairs, William J. Pascrell, III, more commonly known as BPIII, is a senior partner, lobbyist and strategic advisor with Princeton Public Affairs Group, PPAG.

Along with his position at PPAG, BPIII is a member of The Board of Director’s of Freedom Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the United Way and served as President of the prestigious North Jersey Country Club from 2016-2019.

In the gaming sector, BPIII has been a lawyer, strategic advisor and consultant throughout the US, Canada, Israel, Europe, South American and Australia.

He serves on the board of Trustees of the GVC Foundation US, Board of Director’s of Betegy LLC based in Warsaw Poland, H2GC/PPAG joint venture to provide research, analytics, data and political counsel to the US gaming industry, The Board of Advisor and a member of the faculty of the Seton Hall Law Gambling, Compliance and Integrity Bootcamp. In addition, BPIII served as a key adviser to John Kerry’s National Presidential campaign, United States Senator and Governor Jon Corzine, United States Senator Frank Lautenberg, United State Senator Robert Menendez, Congressman Robert Roe, Herb Klein and Albio Sires as well as Governor James E. McGreevey. He previously served former Congressman Herb Klein as his Campaign Manager and Chief of Staff and former Governor James J. Florio, as his Counsel.

BPIII’s education equipped him with the necessary skills and fundamentals enabling him to execute his positions with precision and credibility. BPIII commenced his undergraduate career at Rutgers University graduating Cum Laude from the Eagleton Institute of Politics and Public Administration. Seton Hall Law School awaited him next and prepared him for Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State Government Program. BPIII is a member of the bar in Washington, D.C., New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. In 1991 BPIII was selected as a delegate to the American Council of Young Political Leaders exchange program to Hong Kong and China. In 1992 he was also a Leadership New Jersey fellow.

Along with these distinctions, BPIII also is a member of the National Council of Problem Gambling Federal Affairs Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Community Development Corporation, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the United Way of Passaic County. He is the President of the 501 (c) 3 foundation One PATERSON. The political web site, InsiderNJ, consistently names BPIII in their Power List of top 100 political players in New Jersey. BPIII was recently named to the 2020, NJ Globe, ROI and NJ Political Insider 100 Policymakers list.
