The Boys to Leaders Foundation will be hosting its Annual Summer Fundraiser and Leaders & Achievers Scholarship Presentation on Saturday, July 16, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Bella Italia, located at 535 Central Avenue in Orange, NJ.

The Boys to Leaders Foundation hosts its Annual Summer Fundraiser and Scholarship Presentation to celebrate their new scholarship recipients and to honor powerful community leaders. The Leaders and Achievers Scholarships are awarded to young men who have demonstrated academic achievement and exemplify leadership within their schools and communities.

This year, the organization will honor Goldin Martinez with the Hermano Leadership Award for his unwavering support and commitment to the Boys to Leaders Foundation, and beyond. Goldin is an Award-Winning Social Entrepreneur and Founder of GetFocused.org, a nationally recognized youth organization that has empowered over 480,000 young people to read and exercise to enrich their lives. Since its inception, Get Focused has partnered with prestigious organizations such as the Let’s Move Initiative, Health Corp, Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, New Jersey Devils, SOMOS Community Care, and many more, to expand his program to inner-city communities throughout the country. Through the power of community service, Goldin learned the importance of giving back and making a difference in the world. He is highly committed to his goals of leading an entire nation of young people to achieve their own definition of success, healthfully and happily.
