BRINGING BOROUGH HALL TO THE PALM OF RESIDENTS: THE BOROUGH OF PROSPECT PARK LAUNCHES NEW INNOVATIVE MOBILE APP ‘MYPROSPECTPARK’ TO KEEP RESIDENT-COMMUNITY INTEGRATED, ENGAGED, AND INFORMED

(PROSPECT PARK, NJ) – Mayor Mohamed T. Khairullah and the Municipal Council of the Borough of Prospect Park is excited to announce the launch of a new mobile app ‘MyProspectPark.’ The aim is to put the power of Borough Hall into the palms of the residents through this new app, which has been powered by a partnership with GoGov. a government software company.

The app will be used by the Borough Hall staff to leverage powerful dashboards and reporting tools to identify trends, increase productivity, streamline communications, and prioritize projects for the welfare of the community.

Residents will be able to submit service requests and report issues such as potholes in the blink of an eye from their smartphones or on the web, as well as access important Borough Hall information regarding ongoing events, alerts, services and more in one convenient location. If a question arises, Borough Hall staff will be able to have a direct communication with residents to resolve any issues together in due time.

MyProspectPark will feature access to the following Borough resources:

• Submit Requests/Concerns with the easy access “Start Request”
• Provide multiple photos when submitting a
• Track requests and send messages to Borough Hall Staff regarding the status of a
• Access Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) through the fully searchable knowledge
• Access Borough website, Calendar, Directory, pay taxes, access emergency services, and get connected to the Borough’s official social media platforms.
