“I’m saddened to learn of the tragic passing of my friend and former Assemblyman Al Coutinho.  We spent a lot of time working together on the Assembly Commerce and Economic Development Committee and the New Jersey Economic Opportunity Act to help jump start New Jersey’s economy.  What always stood out about Al was how much he genuinely cared about Jersey and doing right by the Garden State.
