Buckley, Clay, And Nesci Announce Joint Ticket For Tinton Falls Borough Council
TINTON FALLS – Tinton Falls community leaders Tracy Buckley, Risa Clay and Mike Nesci have announced a joint ticket in their bid for Tinton Falls Borough Council this November.
TRACY BUCKLEY
Tracy has her CPA and MBA in Accounting with 19 years compliance experience. She has worked extensively in external and internal audit, with experience in: Sarbanes-Oxley, contracts compliance and fraud investigation. Tracy has been an integral, active member of our community, serving as a Board Member of the Winding Brook Condo Association and also as a Board member of the NJ World Trade Center Scholarship Fund.
“Our campaign is about putting the residents of Tinton Falls first. We believe in doing what is best for all citizens, bringing the community together and protecting the aspects of Tinton Falls that make it such a special place to live and raise a family.
This is a non-partisan race, a fact which we appreciate and respect; our ticket reflects that and, if elected, that is how we intend to govern Tinton Falls,” Buckley stated.
RISA CLAY
Risa Clay recently retired as Principal of Red Bank Regional High School after 27 years with the district. She succeeded in improving curriculum, climate and opportunities for students and staff while being fiscally responsible. She is the recipient of the Martin Luther King Community Service Award and many others. She was also the founder of a nationally recognized full service on site counseling program for students. Risa is a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and has a multitude of experience in fiscal management, personnel services, professional development, teamwork and communications. She has been a resident of Tinton Falls for over 23 years.
“As a retired High School principal and 23 year resident of Tinton Falls, I love everything this town has done for my family and me. I want to give back and be an advocate for Tinton Falls and I will be a strong one if elected,” Clay stated.
MIKE NESCI
Mike was born and raised in Tinton Falls and lives on Hope Road with his wife of 8 years and their two children. He knows first hand the challenges confronting Tinton Falls from growing up nearby on the Hance and Sycamore intersection and having in-laws who live near the Monmouth County Reclamation Center. Michael is a third generation barber who works at his father’s barbershop in Lincroft. There he has had the advantage of listening to customers who live in Tinton Falls and help find the best solutions to their problems.
“Growing up in Tinton Falls, I want to make sure my kids now have the same opportunities I had. This town has so much to offer but we have to come together and always do what is in the best interest of the town first,” Nesci stated.

● Protect Our Tax Dollars: Keep our tax rate in check, spend our tax dollars carefully and reduce our debt. C reate a budget that reflects the interests of the entire Tinton Falls community.
● Increase Support for First Responders: We need to provide our first responders with the support and resources they need so they can continue to keep our town safe.
● Protect Our Quality of Life: We will take action on our town’s environmental issues in order to stop overdevelopment and preserve Tinton Falls.
