Lange welcomed as Chief financial officer

MIDDLETOWN, NJ – T&M Associates, a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company, is pleased to welcome Carolyn Lange as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she will be a strategic business partner to the executive team leading the planning and management of the financial performance of the organization.

Lange is an accomplished finance and operations executive with a history of working with CEOs and board committees to develop and successfully execute strategies. With 25+ years of experience in finance, she has held leadership positions in private equity firms, startups, Goldman Sachs, and public companies. Lange’s experience also includes strategic planning and operations leadership; mergers and acquisitions; finance/accounting and investment management; and human resources/cross-department leadership.

Lange earned her MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Before that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Lange enjoys sharing her knowledge of mergers and acquisitions as a guest lecturer at the Rutgers Business School as well as participating as a judge for the MBA Student Business Plan competition.
