Cary Amaro has just released her final campaign video for Morris County Freeholder ahead of the upcoming election, now available on her website www.caryamaroforfreeholder.com. Cary survived homelessness and an abusive relationship when she was a young woman so she knows what it’s like to live through uncertainty. As a single mother, she raised two children, bought a home, and has led a successful career in finance. Cary Amaro is the American dream and she promises to fight for Morris County families.

Cary Amaro is running for Morris County Freeholder to represent the interests of all residents of Morris County. She is an experienced leader who believes in fiscal responsibility, accountability, and transparency in government. As a long-time resident and homeowner in Randolph Township, Cary raised her two children, experiencing all the wonderful attributes Morris County has to offer.

Cary earned her Masters Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has spent over 15 years working in financial management and operational accounting. As a Controller, Cary knows the importance of effective allocation of funds because a balanced budget doesn’t always mean money well spent.

Cary has had many successes in her professional career and in guiding sound financial decisions for businesses. Her background makes her a valuable asset to the Freeholder Board.

Cary’s goal is to advocate for practical, evidence-based solutions to many of Morris County’s issues, smart growth and fiscal responsibility.
