CASHA APPLAUDS REPRESENTATIVE SHERRILL FOR PLAYING FOLLOW THE LEADER

Kinnelon, NJ- Larry Casha candidate for the 11th Congressional District released the following
statement:

“On November 25, 2019 I announced my candidacy for the 11th Congressional District. As part
of my press release, I indicated that the 11th Congressional District deserves someone who will
represent them addressing the issues that are germane to our district. The example I used was
deducting all of our real estate and local taxes from our income taxes, otherwise known as the
SALT deduction. I found it interesting that congresswoman Sherrill decided to take it to the
floor of the House of Representatives last week after my press release and start her “12 days of
SALT” discussion. She indicated that she would be taking her floor time each of the last days
the Congress is in session before recess addressing this issue.

I applaud the fact that Congressman Sherrill decided to play follow the leader and react to my
press release but I ask where has she been since she entered Congress on this issue? She has
decided to spend her time addressing issues that might be of interest to her West Coast donors
but not her constituents in the 11th Congressional District. It is time for a leader and not a
follower to represent the 11th Congressional District!
