CITY OF PATERSON LAUNCHES MAYORS FOR GUARANTEED INCOME

PATERSON – On Thursday, March 18, Mayor Andre Sayegh will officially launch the Mayors for Guaranteed Income (MGI) initiative in the City of Paterson. Joined by MGI taskforce members and Michael Tubbs, former Mayor of Stockton California and founder of Mayors Guaranteed Income, will give a detailed account of the MGI plans.

MGI will help 110 randomly chosen eligible Patersonians with an unconditional periodic cash payment of $400 per month for 12 months regardless of employment status.
