BREAK GROUND AT PATERSON ARMORY SITE

In 2015, the historical Armory was severely damaged in a disastrous fire. On Thursday, August 20, Mayor Andre Sayegh together with city officials will break ground at the armory site and announce a transformative project that will bring more market-rate housing and economic development to the city.

The project led by developer, Charles Florio will include 138 apartments, commercial space, and a police substation.
